Our company was established in 2006 and following its establishment, as a result of the agreement signed with YPM Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. , GÖLOVA HEPP – KONAK HEPP – BEYPINAR HEPP – ALTUNTEPE HEPP – SUŞEHRİ SS Overhead Transmission Line has been completed and accepted before the contract date. The length of this line is 45 km in total and the approximate amount of iron processed is 415 tons, along with 230 tons of conductor and 13 km of OPGW conductor.

In the first stage of the projection of power transmission lines, the best possible route for the line is determined by making the necessary examinations on the field. Necessary measurements are made with the help of experienced geomatic engineers and topographers according to the characteristics of the line to be made along the specified route and these measurements are transferred to virtual environment.


With the virtual data obtained after the surveys carried out on the field, a basic profile is drawn by the geomatic engineers according to the characteristics of the line. On the basic profile, the plan of the line is drawn according to the sketch books kept by the topographers during the study. Catenary curve patterns of the conductors are drawn on this plan-profile and transmission line pylons are placed by our knowledgeable and experienced electrical engineers. Detailed calculations of all these operations are made by our engineers.


Our company, apart from the survey and plan-profile services offered, also prepares the complete projects of the power transmission lines, switchyards and power distribution systems and performs the approval procedures on your behalf at the related institutions.

The HV PTL projects are prepared by us including the drawings and documents listed below in accordance with the "Elektrik Tesisleri Proje Yönetmeliği" which is the regulations for projects of the electrical facilities published by local authorities and submitted to the related institutions. After that, these projects are followed up by us until the approval of the projects.

It is drawn from the point that energy taken to the connection point, with horizontaly 1/2000, verticaly 1/500 scales and with the breaking points and the first and last pylons are marked by the flags, on the technical paper by us.

It is drawn by us on the topographic maps with 1/25000 scale including the coordinates of the first and last pylons and breaking points.

If necessary, it is drawn by us using existing maps or topographic plans with 1/1000, 1/2000 or 1/5000 scales showing the connection points and cable routes.

In the case of the power transmission line is underground, it is drawn by us on the zoning plans or cadastral maps, in the absence of both, on the plan to be drawn by topographic measurements, with the scales of 1/1000 or 1/2000, including informations such as cable duct types, cable characteristics, cable lengths and connection points.

In underground power transmission lines, in accordance with Article 58 of the "Elektrik Kuvvetli Akım Tesisleri Yönetmeliği" which is the regulations for electrical facilities with high current levels published by local authorities, it is drawn by us with the cable characteristics, number of circuits and cable laying orders.

The scaled application projects and section details of the materials to be used in underground transmission lines are being prepared by us.

Application projects of cable joints, cable crossing points and earting system used in underground transmission lines are being prepared by us.

If necessary, leg sections calculations for pylons are determined and prepared by us as a result of measurements made in the field.

It is prepared by us including pylon types, distances between pylons, distances of any pylons from starting point, pylon ranges, pylon angles, crossings, conductor arrangements, insulator types and pylon numbers and the necessary information about the pylons and their legs.


The switchyard projects are prepared by us including the drawings and documents listed below in accordance with the "Elektrik Tesisleri Proje Yönetmeliği" which is the regulations for projects of the electrical facilities published by local authorities and submitted to the related institutions. After that, these projects are followed up by us until the approval of the projects.

It is are prepared by us in a way that shows the relevant connection points of the facility, the primary equipment determined according to the short circuit calculations and includes the power measuring and protection systems.

It is prepared by us icluding used the switchgear devices, device numbers and switchgear types within the electrical single line diagram or separately.

It is prepared by us in a suitable scale including the coordinates of substations and switchyards.

The layout plans of the switchyards are prepared by us.

They are prepared by us if type projects of switchyards published by local authorities are not used.

Application projects of underground power cables and ducts used in switchyard sites are being prepared by us.

Earthing details and plans of switchyard areas are prepared by us.

In case the switchyard is gas insulated, it is prepared by us.

In case of transformers in switchyards is HV/MV winding, the architectural design, sections and switchgear layout plans of the 36kV control room are prepared by us.

Lightning, fire protection projects and security system projects of switchyards are being prepared by us.


The MV PTL projects are prepared by us including the drawings and documents listed below in accordance with the "Elektrik Tesisleri Proje Yönetmeliği" which is the regulations for projects of the electrical facilities published by local authorities and submitted to the related institutions. After that, these projects are followed up by us until the approval of the projects.

By specifying the purpose of use of the PTL, the name of the line, types of conductors, number of circuits, length of the line, ice load area, pylon and isolator types, based on regulations, specifications and other relevant publications, including the year of bill of quantities, including the description part of the project information about the connection point and the route, the basic information that constitutes the basis for the preparation of the project, and the information about the project-specific calculations, if any, and other Sites that need to be specified are prepared in detail by us.

It is prepared by us including pylon and traverse types, distances between pylons, distances of any pylons from starting point, pylon ranges, pylon angles, crossings, conductor arrangements, insulator types and pylon numbers and the necessary information about the pylons and their legs.

It is prepared by us including the name of the line, informations such as ice load zone, conductor characteristics, and shows maximum sag values every 5° between the critical temperature of the ice load zone where the line is located.

It is prepared by us to show all the nodes and the loads from the main supplying center to the connection point.

It is calculated by us considering all the loads on the line from the main supplying center where the line is energized to the connection point.

The list of the weight range-wind range correlation calculations of the isolators with the guides published on TEDAŞ website, is prepared by us. For the pylons that are not included in these guidelines or used exclusively, this correlation is also calculated with TEDAŞ Publication 2014/1 and presented within the project.

In underground power transmission line projects, the equivalent impedance of all circuit components up to the point where short circuit calculation is made is calculated and short circuit calculation is prepared by us accordingly.

For the pylons whose usage ranges are missing in TEDAŞ publications or specially used pylons, the calculations of the forces acting on the pylons, the oscillation diagrams of the conductors and calculations of distances between overhead conductors is prepared by us.

Resistance, magnetic flux, inductance and reactance calculations for transmission lines that is not in TEDAŞ type projects is calculated in order to use in voltage drop and power loss calculations by our electrical engineers specialized in electromagnetic fields.

It is prepared according to the regulations published by TEDAŞ.

The material list is prepared by us including informations such as types, quantities and weights of the pylones used in the project, types and numbers of suspension-tensioners and insulators, type, length and weight of conductor, surge arresters, warning and hazard plates quantities.


MV/LV distribution systems and distribution centers projects are prepared by us including the drawings and documents listed below in accordance with the "Elektrik Tesisleri Proje Yönetmeliği" which is the regulations for projects of the electrical facilities published by local authorities and submitted to the related institutions. After that, these projects are followed up by us until the approval of the projects.

It is prepared by us according to the scope of the project to be prepared, information about the existing and new network, the reasons for the preparation of the new network project, the general and technical information that constitutes the basis for the preparation of the project and introducing all aspects of the facility, the year of bill of quantity, the regulations, specifications and other related publications and the project-specific calculations.

HV single line diagrams are prepared by us including detailed single line circuit diagrams of cabin type and pole type transformers, transformer types, numbers, names, powers, lines and cables with section information in meters or kilometers under cross sections, devices kept open in normal operation, direction of line indicated by arrow, phase-phase primary equipment characteristics of devices determined by short circuit calculations.

LV single line diagrams are prepared by us, including equipments determined by short circuit calculations, measurement and protection systems, protection interlocks, measuring secondary circuits and cable cross section areas.

It is prepared by us icluding used the switchgear devices, device numbers and switchgear types within the electrical single line diagram or separately.

It is drawn by us with 1/50, 1/75 or 1/100 scale, including placement plans of transformers, MV switchgears and LV distribution panels.

It is calculated by us and is a basis for the determination of MV and LV equipments used within the facilityç

In accordance with the TEDAŞ Power Distribution Network Project Technical Specifications and other relevant legislation published on TEDAŞ's website, we calculate the relative voltage drop and power loss by considering all the loads on the MV network and make sure that the current carrying capacities of the conductors is suitable.

In accordance with the TEDAŞ Power Distribution Network Project Technical Specifications and other relevant legislation published on TEDAŞ's website, it is calculated by considering the total load and concurrency factor on the transformer.

In accordance with the TEDAŞ Power Distribution Network Project Technical Specifications and other relevant legislation published on TEDAŞ's website, we calculate the relative voltage drop and power loss by considering all the loads on the MV network and make sure that the current carrying capacities of the conductors is suitable.

In accordance with the TEDAŞ Power Distribution Network Project Technical Specifications and other relevant legislation published on TEDAŞ's website, it is calculated by us in order to reach the desired power factor in the secondary circuit of the transformer, considering the demand on the transformer and harmonics.

Expropriation Projects

Following the approval of the electrical projects of the power transmission lines by the relevant institutions, on the basis of the approved these projects, before the construction of the facility, the expropriation projects of the pylon locations within the facility on behalf of the related institutions and the expropriation projects in order to obtain easement rights on the route of the facility are prepared by the following drawings and documents.

Pylon centers coordinates and expropriation areas obtained by measurements in the field are entered and the clearance of OHTL is drawn by us.

The land registry records obtained from the cadastre and the owner information of the parcels are prepared by the help of "Netcad 7.6" software that used in expropriation projects in TURKEY.

Cadastral maps located on the route of OHTL are provided, necessary arrangements are made and easement areas are calculated by us.

Declaration drawings of the prepared projects are prepared by us in the requested format.

Detailed map of the parcels are prepared by us.

We are preparing detailed sketches of the easement areas of OHTLs crossing the roads.

The plan, which includes information such as pylon information and parcel boundaries in the format requested by the institutions, is being prepared by us with cadastral litter scale.

Application for Pylon Placements

Following the approval of the electrical projects of the power transmission lines by the relevant institutions, before the construction of the facility based on the approved electricity project, the pylon locations within the facility are determined on the field by precision measuring devices, the pylon legs, foundation dimensions, cantilever angles, conductor directions marked on the filed. Constructions of Facilities

After the approval and acceptance of all projects of the power transmission lines, all materials required for the construction of the facility are provided by us and the facility construction process is started with our experienced teams.

The foundations of the pylons are laid by carrying out basic excavation works at the poles determined on the electrical project. Mouting work of the pylon bodies is started after checking the accuracy of the foundations. Before conductor mounting, the types of pylons are checked on the basis of electrical project and structurally reviewed.

In the conductor mounting stage, according to the calculations made on the basis of the strength of the pylon, the conductors are mounted to the pylons in a controlled manner.
